Coffee House
The coffee house is returning! We will again be having our coffee house this year for conference participants. The exhibit hall will open during conference registration, prior to the keynote presentation on the opening day. Coffee, and other snacks and beverages, will be available to participants in the exhibit hall as they walk and talk with our vendors and exhibitors. This year we will also have live music and other activities for our attendees to participate in prior to the start of the conference.

PaTTAN "After Hours"
The exhibit hall will stay open after the sessions end on Monday, to host a new feature called PaTTAN "After Hours." Participants will be invited back to the exhibit hall to have some fun!!! Plans are still developing, but we will have music, games, scavenger hunts, etc., to make it a fun, party atmosphere for participants and their friends. We encourage our exhibitors to offer games and other fun activities at their booth during this time. (If you choose not to staff your booth during this time, we'd ask you to leave some type of material out for participants to see who you are and what you have to offer.)

Please do not begin disassembling your exhibit until after 3:30 PM on Tuesday.

New Vendor Incentives
Are you a returning vendor and think that our conference would be a great opportunity for another company? Share the conference information with them, and if they let us know you referred them, and they exhibit at our conference, you'll be entered in a drawing to win advertised time (30 minutes) with a Hershey mascot, at your booth, during the Coffee House or Tuesday Lunch.

All exhibitors will have a large sign, with your name and logo (if submitted) for your booth as well as listed on the conference smartphone app. You may purchase a scrolling banner ad for the app, to increase your company's visibility to our conference attendees. In 2017, banner ads were displayed as many as 30,000 times in the conference app that was downloaded by participants. Banner ads are available for $150.

Please note, we are not able to share conference participants information with our exhibitors.

Exhibitor Sessions Exhibitor sessions not available after January 31, 2018
We will again be offering a limited number of opportunities to our exhibitors to give short presentations to our conference participants. Exhibitor sessions will be held during PaTTAN "After Hours," and we will be listing these sessions, with descriptions, in our conference app, and also with posters around the exhibit hall and a poster at your booth. These sessions are available on a first come-first serve basis (based on payment received). For more information, and to check on availability, please contact Ron Logan at rlogan@pattan.net

Exhibitor session will be held during PaTTAN "After Hours," with sessions at 5:00 and sessions at 6:00.

Would you prefer to share your information with small groups of conference participants in a smaller, more personal setting? Consider acquiring a larger booth space and renting additional chairs and a table from Hershey Expo (see the form on the registration page) to give small presentations in your booth.

*Single booth space fee is $700 and includes 10' (width) x 8' (depth) booth, overhead printed company name sign, one 6' table, 2 chairs, wifi access and conference registration for two exhibitors (includes Monday's snack and beverages, Tuesday's breakfast, snack and boxed lunch).

*Double booth space fee is $1100 and includes 20' (width) x 8' (depth) booth, overhead printed company name sign, two 6' tables, 3 chairs, wifi access and conference registration for three exhibitors (includes Monday's snack and beverages, Tuesday's breakfast, snack and boxed lunch).

*Additional exhibitors can be added to booth for registration fee of $150.00 each.

*Banner Ad for conference app is $150.

Booth Setup is Monday, February 26, 2018 from 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM.

Conference materials can be shipped in advance to Hershey. Material should arrive 1 week prior to the show. (If arriving less than one week prior to the show, please contact expositions@hersheypa.com to make the necessary arrangements.)

Registration should be submitted electronically through the link found on the registration page. Registration and payment deadline is February 1, 2018.
